You can open Facebook by using IP address if system admin blocks through Windows hosts file. Let me tell how to do it.

First of all, open command prompt and type ping -t

There will be an IP address of Facebook just like the above screenshot. Copy the URL and paste it into your browser’s address bar. It may or may not work, but it’s worth a try.  You can repeat the same process if this method doesn’t work anymore. Just make sure to run Command Prompt as an administrator.

Find out System Hosts File on Your PC:

It is one of the best methods to unblock Facebook on a computer. It’s very easy to use to unblock Facebook via system host file. You will see the following path on (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10):

Just delete the Facebook row from there and follow these steps, and save it afterwards on Windows. It will be different for Mac users. So, just follow the below instructions to look for system hosts file on your MAC.

Open Applications > Utilities Terminal and access

Go to Applications > Utilities > Terminal and in the terminal window to$ sudo nano /etc/hosts open the hosts’ file in a terminal window Facebook once more.

Next, search for Facebook line and hit Cmd + O to save the hosts files. Now, restart your machine and access Facebook without any hassle.
