Also most importantly Google has made sure that the device manufacturers do not tweak the Stock Andorid User Interface like all of the mobile manufacturers have been doing. So in a nutshell Android Ones, will be running on the Stock Android, receive regular updates ( atleast the update for Android L), and also be branding some decent specs at such a low price.

Also Sundar Pichai added, that they would rolling out more Android Ones, according to the need of the customer and also keeping in mind the hardware needs of day to day and keeping the users up to date with both hardware and software as well. Also he said, that more of the manufacturers are joining the program like Acer, Asus, HTC, Panasonic, Alcatel, and also Qualcomm, and their respective Ones would be launched later in the coming time.

So all in all Google has decided to dominate the smartphone market, not only with their operating system, Android, but now also with the partnered branding, atleast in India. But with this Android One release, we are left in many more doubts? How will the devices sell, also noting the fact that Xiaomi has also just set their feet firm in India.
