You can remove password of PDF with the help of any browser but in this case, you should already know the password of that PDF file.
- Open PDF file in any browser on your Computer.
- Now when prompt enter your password for PDF file.
- Now choose Print option from the menu or just press “Ctrl+P” on your keyboard.
- Select “Save as PDF” option in destination printer. (It will save print file as PDF file)
Newly saved PDF will not have any security, this method works in any circumstances but very useful if you don’t have a standalone app related to PDF file, and it works fine with Opera, Chrome, Firefox and all browsers that support PDF reader by default.
Removing Password with PDF tools
You can use other free PDF editing tools to remove password from a protected PDF file like Foxit Reader, Adobe Acrobat. BeCyPDFMetaEdit.
