Ultra Low Cost Tablet Aakash 2 Launched with Specs

Its official, Aakash 2 has been launched recently by Datawind in association with India’s HRD Ministry. The first version of Aakash was a failure because it was too difficult to use because of the poor touch, very low processing speed and lagging non-optimized OS. But the present version of Aakash will prove to be a super upgrade over its predecessor.

President of India, Pranab Mukherjee was present at the launch of the Tablet. This tablet is the world cheapest tablet and will be targeted towards the student community. This is a part of the Govt. of India to bring about a IT revolution in the country and enable economy challenged students to enjoy the computer world.

Let us now look at the Specs of Aakash 1 and then compare it with the new Aakash 2.

Aakash 1
